Reze Flow APP is a smart home platform developed and operated by Guangdong Remac Smart Technology CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "We"). To explain how Reze Flow collects, uses and stores your personal information and what your rights are, we will explain relevant matters to you through this article. Key points are as follows:
One thing which needs to be particularly mention is that sensitive access is a necessary but not sufficient condition for us to collect certain information. Our access to a specific sensitive permission does not mean that we will necessarily collect information about you. Even if sensitive permissions are granted, we will only collect information about you when necessary and in accordance with these guidelines.
When using Reze Flow services, we will collect the information you proactively provide or generated during the use of services in the following ways, in order to provide services to you, optimize our services and protect your account security.
1.1 When you register for Reze Flow services, we will collect your nickname, profile picture and email address to help you complete the Reze Flow registration and protect the security of your Reze Flow account. If you do not provide such information, you may not use our services.
1.2 When you use Reze Flow to add smart devices, we will obtain the geographical location information of the mobile phone after obtaining your voluntary consent, so as to provide you with smart device distribution services. This information is sensitive, and refusing to provide the information will only prevent you from fully using the services provided by us but will not affect your normal use of other services provided by Reze Flow.
1.3 When you use a device such as a smart camera, we will obtain the microphone rights of the mobile phone after obtaining your independent choice of consent, in order to provide you with the service, refusing to provide this information will only cause you to be unable to fully use the services provided by us, but will not affect your normal use of other services provided by Reze Flow.
1.4 We or our third-party partners may collect your information through cookies or similar technologies, including your device information, browsing information, click information, and store such information as log information for the purpose of remembering your identity and analysing your use of our services. You can disable or manage the use of cookies or similar technologies through your browser settings. At the same time, we will also use third-party SDK to achieve the above collection and use, among which, if you use Reze Flow for some mobile phone manufacturers (such as Xiaomi, Huawei, VIVO, OPPO and other brands), Push SDK of the above-mentioned mobile phone manufacturer that we access needs to collect the unique identification information of the mobile phone (IMEI/android id), and may collect your mobile phone model, system type, system version, device screen size and other parameters to achieve the notification of our product information.
In addition, according to relevant laws, regulations and national standards, we may collect and use your relevant personal information without seeking your authorization under the following circumstances.
• Information, which is directly related to national interests such as national security, national defence as well as security and which is also directly related to major public interests such as public safety, public health, and public knowledge.
• Information which is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of sentences.

2.1 Alibaba Cloud Push
Purpose. Alibaba Cloud push sdk will obtain the unique IMEI number of the users' mobile phone device, which is used to optimize the function of pushing messages to mobile phone users and push notifications to you.
Method. SDK local collection does not involve data sharing
Scope. Platform notification/message push function.
2.2 Umeng sdk (main part: com.umeng, including: WeChat sharing, QQ Interconnection, UC Woodpecker SDK)
Purpose. Umeng + SDK need to collect your device-related data and provide basic anti-cheating capabilities by geo-calibrating report data accuracy.
Method. SDK collects data locally and does not involve data sharing
Scope. Mac address, unique device identifier, device serial number, hardware serial number (IMEI/android ID/ IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/SIM card /IMSI information).
2.3 Bugly SDK
Purpose. To collect device information when an App crashes.
Method. SDK Collects data locally, which does not involve data sharing
Scope. Obtaining the unique identification IMEI number, ICCID personal information, AndroidID and serial number of the mobile device.
2.4 Tencent Browsing Services
Purpose. To ensure secure and smooth document browsing on the client, data privacy and browsing experience.
Method. SDK Collects data locally, which does not involve data sharing
Scope. TBS Tencent X5 browser kernel, which is used for in-app WebView to open H5 web pages.
3.1 Method And Duration of Information Storage
• Your information will be stored in a secure way, including local storage (e.g. data caching with apps), databases and server logs.
• Under normal circumstances, we will only store your personal information for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of the service or under the conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
3.2 Information Storage Area
We store your personal information by region based on your location:
- For users in Chinese Mainland: Personal information is stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
- For overseas users: Personal information is stored in Frankfurt, Germany (within the European Union) and processed in accordance with the EU GDPR and other data protection standards.
We protect your personal information with the same high security standards regardless of your region.
3.3 Notification of the Cease Operation of Products Or Services
When our products or services stop operating, we will notify you in the form of push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period of time (the so-called "anonymization processing" refers to the technical processing of personal information so that the subject of personal information cannot be identified, and the processed information cannot be recovered), except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
3.4 Cross-Region Data Synchronization
To support account consistency when you use Reze Flow services in different regions, when you voluntarily switch your service region (e.g., from Mainland China to another region, or vice versa), we will synchronize your account information (including nickname, profile picture, and account credentials) across regions, ensuring that you can use a unified account identity when logging in from different regions.
4.1 Security Protection Measures
• We strive to provide security for users' information to prevent disclosure, loss, improper use, unauthorized access and disclosure of information. We use multi-dimensional security protection measures to ensure that users' personal information protection is at a reasonable level of security, including technical protection methods, management system control, security system protection and many other aspects.
• We will use a variety of security measures within a reasonable level of security to protect the security of information. The technical means we use include, but are not limited to, firewalls, encryption (such as SSL), de-identification or anonymization, access control measures, etc. In addition, we continuously enhance the security capabilities of the software installed on your device. For example, we encrypt some information locally on your device to ensure secure transmission. We will understand the application information installed on your device and the process information running, in order to prevent viruses, Trojan horses and other malicious programs; Data such as unique device identifiers, login IP addresses, operation logs, and geographic location information may be analysed in order to prevent fraud, number theft, and impersonation and conduct security checks in order to take security measures or alert users.

For example, we strictly limit the scope of people who can access information, require them to comply with confidentiality obligations and conduct audits, and those who violate their obligations will be punished according to regulations. We also review our systems, processes, and organizations to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of user information.
• We recommend that you pay full attention to the protection of personal information when using products and services, and we will provide a variety of security features to help you protect your personal information security.
4.2 Security Event Handling Measures
• In case of security incidents such as leakage, damage or loss of personal information, we will initiate emergency plans to prevent the expansion of security incidents. After the occurrence of a security incident, we will promptly inform you of the basic situation of the security incident, the disposal measures and remedial measures we will take or have taken, and our response suggestions to you in the form of push notification, email, etc. If it is difficult to inform one by one, we therefore will issue warnings through announcements and other means. We do our best to protect your personal information. We also ask you to understand that no security measure can be fully guaranteed to be impeccable.
To ensure the security of the service and to help us better understand the operation of our applications, relevant information such as how often you use the application, crash data, overall usage, performance data, and the origin of the application may be recorded. We do not combine the information we store in our analytics software with any personal information you provide in the application. If we use your personal information beyond the scope of the purpose stated at the time of collection and has a direct or reasonable connection, we will inform you again and obtain your express consent before using your personal information.
At present, we will not actively share or transfer your personal information to third parties outside Midea Real Estate Holding Co., Ltd. If there is other sharing or transfer of your personal information or you need us to share or transfer your personal information to third parties outside Midea real estate Holding Co., Ltd., we will directly notify or confirm that the third party has your express consent to the above behaviour. As our business continues to develop, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers and other transactions, and we will inform you of the relevant circumstances, in accordance with laws and regulations and equivalent standards required by this this Agreement to continue to protect your personal information or require a new controller to continue to protect your personal information.
In addition, according to relevant laws and regulations and national standards, we may share, transfer and publicly disclose personal information without prior authorization from you under the following circumstances.
• Information related to our fulfillment of obligations under laws and regulations.
• Information directly related to national security and national defence security.
• Information directly related to public safety, public health and major public interests
• Information directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of sentences.

During your use of Reze Flow, in order to make it easier for you to research, access, delete and correct your personal information, while protecting your right to withdraw your consent to use personal information and cancel your account. We have provided you with the corresponding operation settings in the product design, and you can refer to the following guidelines for operation. In addition, we have set up problem feedback, and your comments will be dealt with in a timely manner.

7.4 Account Cancellation
• After entering Reze Flow, click "Me". • Click "Settings". • Click "Account & Security". • Click "Cancel Account". • Click "Verify". • After entering the verification code, click "Confirm".
Note: After you cancel your account, we will retain your relevant information in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations including the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China. Beyond the legal retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
7.5 Constraint on Information System regarding Automatic Decision-making
In some business functions, we may make decisions based solely on non-human automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems, algorithms, etc. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to ask us for an explanation and we will provide appropriate remedies.
7.6 Copies of Personal Information
You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information. If you need to obtain a copy of your personal information collected by us, you can contact us, Customer service will verify your personal information, and when it is confirmed, the copy of personal information will be submitted to you through the online customer service. In accordance with the relevant legal provisions and technically feasible premise, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information according to your requirements.

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. We will require minors under the age of 14 to obtain prior authorization from their guardian (such as their parents) before using Reze Flow services or providing us with personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Minors who have reached the age of 14 but are under the age of 18 are supposed to get authorization and consent from their guardians or authorize consent on their own. We use, provide or publicly disclose this information only when permitted by laws and regulations, with the express consent of the minor's guardian, or when it is necessary to protect the minors. If you are the guardian of a minor, please pay attention to whether the minor(s) in your custody is using the services of Reze Flow after obtaining your authorization. If you have questions about the personal information of a minor in your custody, please contact us using the contact details in Section 10.
We may revise these guidelines in due course. When the terms of the Guidelines change, we will show you the changed Guidelines in a push notification, pop-up or other appropriate form when you log in and the version is updated.
